Returning Your Sample

UK Customers: A prepaid Tracked 24 Return envelope is included in your kit. Simply place your sample tube in the box, put the box in the envelope, and drop it in any Royal Mail post box.

International Customers: A return envelope is included, but you will need to pay for return postage to the UK. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your sample reaches the lab safely.

Sample Stability

Don't worry about shipping times. The stabilising fluid in your sample tube preserves the DNA at room temperature, ensuring your sample remains viable even with extended transit times.
