Once we receive your sample, results are typically ready within 2-3 weeks. You'll receive an email notification when your report is available in your portal.
Is my genetic data secure?
Absolutely. We take data protection seriously. Your genetic information is encrypted and stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I order tests for my family?
Yes! You can purchase multiple kits and assign them to family members through your customer portal. Each person will have their own individual report.
